    Physical therapy may be essential for your recovery. We will develop a plan to help you regain strength, function, and mobility specific to your injury and situation.

  • Can I participate in sports or physical activities after orthopedic surgery?

    Participation in activities and sports may be possible, depending on the type of surgery and your recovery. As part of our personalized service, we will create a guide for appropriate activities. As you progress, we will let you know when you can resume sports and other activities.

  • What precautions should I take to prevent orthopedic injuries?

    A healthy lifestyle that includes, exercise, good nutrition, rest, and using protective gear in sports and physical activities, are all ways to reduce the risk of orthopedic injuries. 

  • What post-operative care is required after orthopedic surgery?

    A combination of instructions on pain management, wound care, and rehabilitating exercise will be provided. In addition, we will schedule follow-up appointments as needed for your optimal healing and recovery.
